Ok, I think I am done. This PR contains minor rewording changes and 2 updates which need cross-checking from you:

1. I have tried to reword the conclusions--please check if it still captures what you had in mind @cchang5
2. I have updated the fc Lindblad operator to have $ij$ indices instead of just a $j$ index. @lastyoru, please check that this is correct.

I also updated the methods MDS qubo equation to match the main text form--it still agrees with the code so that should be fine.
