Adds a container build for docker/podman/k8s.

  • A github action for building and pushing to ghcr.io is included. This workflow publishes both arm64 and amd64 images.
  • A CONTAINER.md is included with instructions for running in both podman and docker. Also instructs on GPU and CPU runs.
  • No command or entrypoint is included. I can't think of what a generic one would be for cdtools. Open to suggestion!
