…with all the required packages, and realigned the node structure to ensure consistency with the underlying rational chemistry of the docking process. I also added the visualization, please review it, and if everything looks good, it will be ready for the platform migration.

I have completed the Vina workflow (Esraa), built a new Docker image with all the required packages, and realigned the node structure to ensure consistency with the underlying rational chemistry of the docking process. I also added the visualization, please review it, and if everything looks good, it will be ready for the platform migration.
