This PR adds the sensors section above the PlotMap as well as removes the ProgressBar from the top of the main page.

I tried to preserve as much vertical map space as possible while also trying to preserve the designs as shown in the google doc:
I didn't address the ability to view sensor data on smaller screens. My thought was that we can have a button that would display a modal with the sensor info but I didn't want to assume without design input.
