The main goal here was to move the search and page info out of the EntityData and into state-specific types for the paginated nodes, in order to reduce bugs around refreshing and tab opening.
Refreshing is currently sort of disabled, but we're pretty much back to feature parity for tab opening. It turns out to be cleaner to deal with these independently.
Also did some misc work on logging etc.
