Please check the code and see if the arrangement still fits the existing structure
I also made changes to the .env file: first, i changed it's name from '.env.sample' to '.env', then I added in the api key and the database url you provided me.
The 'summarizer.py' seems to be in the best place but you can readjust it and any other that doesn't fit in properly
