Update documentation to reference Claude 4 Sonnet (#1209)

This PR updates the documentation to reference Claude 4 Sonnet instead
of Claude 3.7 in the following files:

- `docs/introduction/prompting.mdx`
- `docs/settings/model-configuration.mdx`

All references to Claude 3.7 have been updated to Claude 4 Sonnet to
reflect the current model being used by Codegen.
