Remove Jetty from CodenameOneDesigner

Removed LocalServer.java, LivePreviewServlet.java, and EchoServlet.java from CodenameOneDesigner/src.
Updated CodenameOneDesigner/src/com/codename1/designer/ResourceEditorView.java to remove the call to LocalServer.startServer().
Updated maven/designer/pom.xml to remove dependencies on jetty-server and jetty-servlet.
