Allow User to Customize AI System Prompt #12

This commit introduces a new feature that allows users to customize the AI system prompt. A "Settings" button has been added to the header, which opens a modal containing a textarea where the user can edit the prompt. The custom prompt is persisted to the browser's local storage. The AI generation logic has been updated to use the custom prompt when making API calls.
