feat: add Kobaru to x402 Ecosystem Website

Description

This PR adds Kobaru to the x402 ecosystem directory. We are contributing three distinct entries to better categorize our services:

• Kobaru Facilitator: Our core service for x402 orchestration, featuring a public facilitator with Solana support.
• Kobaru Infrastructure: Presents our Transparent Proxy (allowing zero-code integration for any API) and our bridge for Fiat Settlement.
• API Monetization Cookbook: A dedicated repository of practical, production-ready examples to help developers implement the x402 protocol across different languages (Node.js, Python, Go).

The official logo (kobaru.png) has also been added to the public assets folder.
