For #75

A number of other folks have

on:
  push:
    branches: [ main ]
  workflow_dispatch:
  release:
    types: [created]

Or similar; not multiple.
For now, let's try... just on published.

OK; we do want this only to be on one event, as when I manually did a release this published 2x gems.
