Adds BlockWallet (https://blockwallet.io/) as an option in the connect component.
No custom connector is used, so the fallback web3 connector will be used for BlockWallet users. No changes from the default provider behaviour are needed, and the texts that are displayed can also be the default extension texts. BlockWallet is also listed as an item after the older available wallets for now.
