The change DBZ-9248 introduced extended headers. Post this change, the record headers would additionally contain.
__debezium.context.connectorLogicalName:null,__debezium.context.taskId:null,__debezium.context.connectorName:nullThis may prove breaking for customers who use headers. The config is turned on by default, this PR disables it to prevent additional fields introduction in the header.
Otel connector does not support boolean values so
SnapshotSkippedmetric values are changed to numbers.
