Release v6.212.0-1

Release built in attempt to upgrade to Qt6.
Immediately hit a segfault when using it.
From digging, some random person on github forked the base repo and fixed the segfault....but then when I used THAT version I found a load of other problems.
DO NOT USE THIS RELEASE
I'm leaving this release here to carry this message. I could delete it, but the qt6 tag will still be in the commit history. Someone might find the tag and think that it works. It doesn't.

TL;DR: Webkit is fundamentally broken under Qt6. DO NOT USE THIS
