Update preferences style

Move rows to Adw.SwtichRow and Adw.ComboRow
Move dialogs to Adw.Dialog
Change prefs window default size to 800x600 (maybe it's bad idea)

Note

My editor may reformat JS code but there is no formatter config in the repo, so I used default prettier

Also update russian translation and .pot file
