this query was getting orchestrator address connected with validators. but if some validators didn't register their own orchestator, the response will occur error even if a slashing logic is going to be working well.
Through this PR, #37 , I got realized how to make a gRPC connection with TLS endpoint. I added this feature into grpc.go
