This PR bumps nu packages to 0.109.1, the latest stable release. The changes made were:

  1. Removal of deprecated commands (and addition of their replacements if any)
  2. Switch to using constructors for nu values
  3. Fix the default prompt

Closing for the time being since there is an issue where nushell tries to compile partial command line args and flashes this error:

"compile_block called with parse errors"

The code that returns this error can be found at https://github.com/nushell/nushell/blob/40d3226633b7b5cc50e55191275a36048ebc42a1/crates/nu-parser/src/parser.rs#L6760
