Currently buildbarn creates these directories relative to the build directory. Construct output directory paths that are relative to the build directory, as required by the filesystem package, but that are relative to the working directory, as required by REv2 * Remove setting default workingDirectory if empty Suggested by @EdSchouten * Simplify output path construction createOutputParentDirectory() will detect build directory escapes
This uses github inbuilt infrastructure in order to perform CI. Currently, will run gofmt, buildifier and run the bb-remote-execution test suite
