Build the documentation

Be sure to have right nodejs version installed (using nvm)[https://github.com/creationix/nvm]:

nvm i

Install dependencies:

npm i

Generate HTML from Markdown & RAML:

npm run build

Dev web server

To run the dev server:

npm start

Then visit website on http://localhost:8080/partners-doc/
