Add Re.xyz external rewards campaign for Curve LP pools. Re.xyz is building an on-chain reinsurance capital layer. This campaign rewards liquidity providers in the following Curve pools: - Curve_LP_reUSD (0xf74c91b36C26543A0Aa820bEf407A577e5498BF0) - Curve_LP_reUSDe (0x43b98EEA5C689F0036918f590a4B55f22D853734) - Curve_LP_reUSD_sUSDe (0x5C2ab69Eb2BF12A2f4572D178687Bd4660512972) - Curve_LP_reUSD_USDU (0x6C5Ff8DCe52BE77b4eCE6B51996018f0C1713bA9) All pools are on Ethereum mainnet with 20x points multiplier.
