- Update TODO.txt: Mark documentation tasks as completed and add new usage examples and commands
- Update TODO.txt: Mark stack status tasks as completed
- Enhance TODO.txt: Add smart PR/MR creation features for GitHub and GitLab, including auto-detection of stack position and enhanced descriptions with stack context and health status.
- Add 'pr' command to gitstack.sh for creating GitHub PRs targeting the correct parent branch. Includes usage instructions and error handling for stack verification and GitHub CLI availability.
