Basic non-default theme demo. Also removes a redundant font license file for RobotoMono.

Basic non-default theme example changes only the main and bold fonts to BebasNeue, which is already in the repo.
Also removes a redundant font license file for RobotoMono and a redundant
luaconsoletheme definition in default.theme.txt.
