PACKS.md described the v1.0 single-file pack format which no longer exists. The current v2.0 directory-based pack structure is documented in Packs/README.md. This caused confusion for AI agents who would read PACKS.md first and attempt to create single-file markdown packs instead of the correct directory structure with README.md, INSTALL.md, VERIFY.md, and src/. Changes: - Delete PACKS.md (310 lines of outdated v1.0 documentation) - Update README.md documentation table to link to Packs/README.md - Update README.md changelog section reference - Update Bundles/README.md resources section link Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
