A command-line tool for messing with IP address ranges, particularly for use with a list of ranges and exceptions.
The provided IP subnets and/or addresses to be used.
IP addresses or subnets which should be excluded (i.e. removed) from the ranges.
Currently there are no third-party modules which are outside the standard library of Python3. Install Python3 and call it a day.
