This repository contains examples of CANDI-AED simulations.
The first folder, '1_simple_example', is designed to ensure that the workflow is set up correctly. This example is not related to a specific study site.
The second folder, '2_parameter_adjustments', contains steps to learn some of the key parameters, variables and boundary conditions.
The third folder, '3_mass_balance', contains a method to check for one type of modelling error.
