This PR fixes some configuration settings for enabling the Hoodi testnet, bumps the Rocketpool version to the most recent release and applies some UI improvements to the package's frontend admin:
user-settings_template.yml: rocketpoll runs in native moderestart-vc.shscript to avoid parsing errors when running certain rocketpool commands through the consolesupervisordconfig to support daemon status management
