Move from Pipenv to uv to manage the repo, etc. Closes #3.
Textual has moved on from simple light/dark mode.
This is what you get for a copy/paste/replace approach to revamping a repo. I *will* add a proper documentation site at some point soon, but it's not there yet.
It's been available and usable for long enough.
