Inspired by an urgent-sounding request from a school district on behalf of a student with limited dexterity.
This change adds support for the compositionstart and compositionend input events to allow alternative text entry methods, such as the dictation feature in ChromeBooks, to work. Dictation effectiveness will vary, but I have had success using English to write simple equations by speaking.
