Every method in OpenApiClient is now an Async method, returning a Task based result BREAKING CHANGES: old method calls do not work anymore, entire client now works asynchronously
directory.props sets the c# language version to 8.0 to allow the use of new language constrcuts in the code BREAKING CHANGES: will not build on older versions of Visual Studio
