Summary

Replace manual xcodebuild commands with tuist test for simpler CI configuration.

Changes

Remove matrix strategy and Xcode selection (use macos-latest defaults)
Replace tuist generate + xcodebuild test with single tuist test command
Simplify Tuist installation to brew install tuist


          Simplify CI workflow to use tuist test command
