AWS service navigation PowerShell provider.

• Allow simple file-system-like navigation around a variety of AWS primitives using cd and ls type commands.
• Provide contextual arguments for standard AWSPowerShell cmdlets e.g. will populate -Region argument with eu-west-1 when path is AWS:/regions/eu-west-1
