Pull request overview
This PR adds a new "Arrange" feature to the AutoUV editor that allows users to arrange selected UV charts horizontally or vertically with customizable padding and alignment options (left/center/right for vertical arrangement, top/center/bottom for horizontal arrangement).
Key Changes:
- Added interactive arrange command with real-time distance adjustment for padding
- Implemented alignment options accessible via keyboard shortcuts (1-4) during the arrange operation
- Added preference storage to remember the last used alignment setting
💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.
It also includes suboptions to keep or arrange the charts left/center/right or top/center/bottom related to the selection bounding box. This is a handy option to help us manually pack the UVs. NOTE: - Added an option to AutoUV to arrange charts horizontally or vertically, with the ability for users to adjust the padding. Thanks to envelupo for the suggestion;
