BigNumber compat fix.
Fixed two's compliment bug. There is likely a WAY better way of doing this, but I'm at a loss today.

This pull request is some minor housekeeping. Calling close() on an already closed dgram socket throws an unrecoverable error in newer versions of node.
Instead, I create a close() method, and that can get called when you really want the dgram socket closed.
