Running into a number of compatibility issues between old select designs (arrows, state problems); taking way more time than I expected to polish, maybe stall this PR and reuse it if similar fancy selects will be used in another project? |

Couldn't replicate designs with materialize (jittery behaviour and screen-overflow problems on resize), so added pure css selects that should look very similar
