Update Base und UI Contrib to current OpenSG 2 API

Hi, here is my update. The major changes are:

• removed already merged files and folders, i.e. files that exist in the current OpenSG 2 codebase
• rename animation related base classes and files, prefixed with TB* to avoid name clashes
• WindowEventProducer overshadows setSize(), did not quite know what to make of it
• Source/Contrib/CMakeLists.txt: SET( OSG_ENABLE_FCD2CODE FALSE ) prevent from regenerating code from FCDs
