Hello. We are in the process of making some breaking changes to the Mellea API. I wanted to get this PR created and ready so that once the Mellea release was pushed, y'all's code doesn't break.
When running the code, I also had to change the internal
docling_agent.logfile due to circular imports between it and the python logging module.All examples and files with main run.
We should wait to merge this until mellea v0.3.0 is released.
