This PR adds a simple improvement and regression report for WASM AOT. The runs were done and compared on Viper Ubuntu machines as we have recently stopped collecting data on Tiger Ubuntu. The reports include a link to both the Viper and Tiger historical data for convenience so that the full history can be seen.
