Dark theme, and others changes #57

Added possibility to user pass a default value (notice when React has a re-render the value is lost)
Added a verification when user press tab to see if current input has been filled
Added dark theme as default and only theme for demo site.

I think this close issue #56
Also bumped the version to 3.2.2
