This adds template values for including the json representation of resources (in javascript), via the
m_ginger_restmodel.It is meant for directly passing the resource content data to the initialisation of javascript apps/components (e.g. when integrating Elm), so it does not need to perform an extra XHR request for it.
It should reduce transient (network request) trouble with search engine crawlers.
