The benefit of locking ALL the library dependencies like this is that we get more total control over library versions. The downside is now we have to make a change to this every single time we want a library version change and we may well encounter version dependency deadlocks we have to resolve. This is fine but I wanted to note this tradeoff we're making and how it requires us to maintain portmap a certain way.
