Need to check though if this still operates as expected when there are no functions in the root serverless.yml

Interesting, simple solution. This would duplicate any functions declared in the root yaml across all services. Let me know if this still works without functions in the root and I will merge and release.

You make me realise how much we need to add documentation to this plugin. I feel like it would be useful to anyone working on large restful applications as microservices.

_.merge was mutating the service object, which was being re-used in each run of that function, causing the endpoints to duplicate across services :O
