The print this page button doesn't show when previewing page printing

Description

Removed the css class that prevented it from showing to enable print....

Tested in current e107 github code

Maybe this page could even be bypassed at all, because right now any browser has a print preview before actually printing, and showing this page as currently it is showing, is a unnecessary step and it breaks any e107 site navigation....
