It appears the diffs here are wrong again, most likely due to this issue of GitHub itself.
I compared the branches manually via:

server...rwth-iat:basyx-python-framework:startup_params

Edit: As suggested in the discussion there: Manually changing the base branch of the PR to another branch and then back solved the display bug! We should keep this in mind for the future, if this ever happens again.
