This PR adds a warning screen that shows up whenever you visit the site without the ?nowarning search parameter. When you get this warning screen, you aren't able to close it for 10 seconds. Once you close it or if you visit the site with the nowarning search parameter, you won't ever see it again.
Also, I fixed a HTML syntax error and a typo.
