We need to install it via Nix to avoid a circular dependency on typed_struct. Refs: #49

This PR configures test coverage reports using Codecov, and adds VSCode configuration and a
live-coveragecommand in the Nix devshell to see live coverage data when coding.I am opening a PR to ensure the Codecov app is properly configured and comments here.
