This R script reconstructs the geodesic (orthogonal and parallel) coastal projections of municipal boundaries implemented by the Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatistica (IBGE) for the purposes of determining offshore oil and gas royalty distributions to confronting municipalities.
