We only ever inspect the RTC backend identity of user media tiles. So it only needs to be exposed on the user media view model.
It is, in fact, required to be a behavior.

See the individual commits. This is in preparation for adding a new kind of "ringing" media view model that stands in for a user who has not yet picked up the call.
I'm contemplating whether to convert the media view models from classes to interfaces, as my next step.
