This is a draft PR, because the runtime dependency I’ve added (
utf16-char-codes, provides afromCodePoint()polyfill) doesn’t seem to be tree-shaken enough, increasing the output sizes by ~11% (from 57KB/60KB to 63KB/67KB).Should I just add the MDN polyfill as
src/from-code-point-polyfill.ts(with some annotation about its origin) or are there other options?
