This PR contains changes to work on the Armv8 Mac platform.

Bugs Fixed

  • Black screen due to misconfigured renderpass attachments
  • Added portability vulkan extensions for MoltenVK.
  • Added enum for specifying vulkan version 1.4
  • Minimal API changes in vk::swapchain
  • Minimal dead comment code cleanup in the demos.
