This PR add the option to automatically create a schema in the database provided with the env var
$POSTGRESQL_DATABASE.The schema will be named after the variable
$POSTGRESQL_SCHEMAand the owner will be the user provided in$POSTGRESQL_USER.I made this change to be able to leverage the
ent bundle svccommand to run some automatic tests for the bundle's microservice.
